"Showcase fight for Jennings and Collins fought a draw with Sacramento's Hector Martinez last time out, a colorful but not overly gifted "character" that I've seen fight live in Northern California. If Collins can't do better than a draw with Hector, it doesn't seem to bode well for facing the explosive punching Jennings."
